Healthy Habits for Busy Women

I've teamed with a chiropractor and personal fitness trainer for, Tuesday, 16 April, 7 - 8.30 pm: Healthy Habits for Busy Women.

The plan is to rotate every 30 mins for a mini-class on each of these subjects. Chiropractory, personal fitness and raw food.

My sessions will (of course!) be raw food and how to introduce more of it in your everyday busy lives.

As you know, I'm about small and gradual changes not total flips of lifestyle. Baby steps, baby steps. If this sounds like something you'd like to check out and maybe bring a curious friend with you, then pop over here and register.
